Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 cups ingredients for kachori: - refined flour


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp carrom seeds


  • 1/2 tsp red chilly powder


  • 3 tbsp oil


  • 1 nos for stuffing: - finally chopped onion


  • 1 nos finally chopped capsicum


  • 1/2 cups boiled corns


  • 5-6 nos finally chopped garlic cloves


  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp red chilly flakes


  • 1/2 tsp mix herbs


  • 1/2 cups grated mozerella cheese


  • 6-7 nos for potato pizza sauce:- tomatoes


  • 15-20 nos garlic cloves


  • 1 nos finally chopped onion


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp red chilly powder


  • 1 tsp red chilly flakes


  • 1 tbsp oregano


  • 1 tbsp vinegar


  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce


  • 1 tsp sugar


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 3-4 nos basil leaves


  • 8-10 nos washed and boiled baby potatoes with skin cut in to half

Directions

  • FOR KACHORI: - sieve the flour in a bowl.
  • Add salt and pepper, Carrom seeds and oil in it. Mix well.
  • Knead a soft dough by using water and keep aside for ten minutes.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add garlic in it and saute for a while.
  • Add onions and capsicum in it and saute for five minutes.
  • Add corns, Salt, Chilly flakes and mix herbs in it. Mix well and switch off the flame. Let it cool down.
  • Heat oil in a kadai.
  • Divide the dough into equal portions and make round balls.
  • Roll the balls into a thin round shape by using rolling pin.
  • Add 1 spoon stuffing on it. Place some cheese in it. Sealed it carefully.
  • Press these balls between ur palm and Deep fry them on low flame.
  • Drain out on absorbent paper.
  • FOR POTATO PIZZA SAUCE: - slit x on tomatoes and add it into boiling water for five minutes.
  • After strain it, peel the skin of tomatoes and blend into smooth puree.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add boiled potatoes in it and saute for two minutes.
  • Add salt, Chilly flakes and mix herbs in it. Mix well and switch off the flame.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add garlic in it and saute until golden.
  • Add onions in it and saute until transparent.
  • Add tomatoes puree in it and cook for five minutes.
  • Add salt and pepper, oregano, Chilly flakes, Sugar, basil leaves in it. Mix well. cook for two minutes.
  • Add vinegar and tomato sauce in it. Mix well.
  • Cook the sauce five minutes more.
  • Add potatoes in it. Cook for two minutes.
  • It's ready. Serve hot.
